It doesn’t get more special then when Tyson Fury sends the team a good luck message!!

Good games today against some good teams. It’s not the winning that counts as long as all the lads had fun then that’s all that matters – Matt Shea
Super proud of the boys today didn’t let their heads drop after the first game bouncing back like proper little champs – Scott Pendlebury

A tough morning for the Ninjas against a very good and organised Woodbank team, that resulted in a 4-0 loss. I couldn’t ask for anymore from them, individually effort levels were outstanding and they played some fantastic football at times. On another day the Ninjas would have run out comfortable winners, but it was just one of those days, where the run of the ball went against them, the opposition keeper was outstanding and they had no luck whatsoever. Harry and Jacob were fantastic at the back in both their tackles and playing out. Ted made some fantastic saves but couldn’t do anything about the goals. His communication was much better and he had good command of his box. Alf and Ollie put in a shift and kept going to the end and played some fantastic football with Tristan. This was complimented by the Sam’s and Emily, who worked tirelessly up and down the wings. Overall irrespective of the result the Ninjas should be proud of their performances.

Two great games today against Atherton Town Panthers. Our boys were on top form, putting in a masterful performance. ⚽⚽⚽⚽ for Lenny with some wonderful twisting, turning and using the drag back to great effect frequently. Joshua was strong, playing in all positions including a decent stint in nets and he impressed with his dribbling and going past players, also scoring ⚽⚽. A ⚽ each for Austin and William as well, also putting in strong performances, they could have scored more but the Atherton Town goalie stopped quite a few efforts. Isaac did well taking the ball off the opposition on numerous occasions, created a good few chances and played really well in goals in both games. It was tough to choose between Lenny and Joshua for the ? as they both put in match winning games but I went for Joshua in the end for his strong effort in nets as well as a great out field performance. Overall, a really positive and confident game today from the Knights, well done boys I could not have asked for anything more ??????

Fantastic result today 2/1 win against Hindsford, a very good attacking team. Both of our goals came from stotty but again we played well as a team . Marshy and Fallon had a fantastic game also ??⚽️. My POTM today goes to Cerys she was amazing in the nets and was a massive factor to us winning the game. I think she only wanted to play half a game in nets but I begged her stay in as she had the game under control with her calm cool attitude ?

The Predators were back to their best today vs Pennington, with silky skills and passing all round the pitch. First half was unusual as we found ourselves behind after playing some excellent passing football. No concerns from the bench as we clearly were controlling the game all over the pitch, we was just missing some composure in front of goal. Half time came and we got a much needed breather and a good swig of water. Not much difference in the second half as we continued to keep the ball and dominate possession. Tried a few players in strange positions towards the end of the game to make sure nobody was burning themselves out. Everyone did themselves proud today. The best I have seen the predators play for a good while. Looks like we are getting back to our best ? well done all. P.O.M. as voted for by the players was Bobs. Some excellent passing and vision today pal ? Goal scorers Bobs ⚽️⚽️ Louie ⚽️ OG ⚽️
Great game predators, two very proud coaches ???

Early morning pitch inspection and at 8am both the visiting teams, Atherton Town Scorpions and North Walkden Falcons were notified that it was GAME ON!! A little depleted this week with top goal scorer Lewis missing and our defensive rock feeling poorly, despite that Callum still turned out to play for his team!! Determined is what the Jedi have become, for both matches Evan ran and ran, Jude marked his man, Thomas hustled and bustled, Seth tracked and tackled and Carson tried and tried again to score but couldn’t find the back of the net. Carson took man of the match for his bursts of pace and shots on goal ? Well done Jedi, you little heroes!! ?⚽️
